UNDERSTAND PROJECT-BASED LEARNING
With Project-Based Learning, students work on a project over an extended period of time – from a week up to a semester – that engages them in solving a real-world problem or answering a complex question. They demonstrate their knowledge and skills by developing a public product or presentation for a real audience.
As a result, students develop deep content knowledge as well as critical thinking, creativity, and communication skills in the context of doing an authentic, meaningful project. Project-Based Learning prepares students for academic, personal, and career success, and prepares young people to rise to the challenges of the 21st century.
ONLINE LEARNING
At WAY Online, students and teachers work in an engaging online environment that offers opportunities to collaborate, get help, and work with their peers.
Real-Time Instruction
Join live classes where you can ask questions, collaborate with peers, share a whiteboard, and get feedback. Live classes average 5 - 15 students.
HIGHLY QUALIFIED TEACHERS
Our certified, highly qualified teachers have in-depth experience in designing engaging online learning experiences.
Mentor
Our mentors monitor student progress on a weekly basis and provide support calls with parents and students.
